The Elko County Cattlewomen are getting ready for the
new year with a list of activities coming up. December is the month for
giving and once again we are treating the Senior Citizen Centers, as well
as Headstart around Elko County to some yummy beef roasts. January brings
in Cowboy Poetry where we always make our delicous meatballs for the opening
night. Beef month is just around the corner and we are working on some
ideas to promote beef around the county.
We are currently toying with the idea of an Elko County Cattlewomen Cookbook
which we are all excited about. We will be sure to update you on our progress
with this idea.
